OnyxCreek Coffee is owned by Matthew and Lori Wilson of Anthony, Kansas. We have five flavors of coffee; everything from a dark roast to a slightly mint blend. We created our own chai recipes, cutting out a majority of the sugar and letting the spices speak for themselves. Our traditional chai is amazing... but have you ever had our Lemon Bar Chai? It will change your life!

And for those of you a bit more adventurous, try our Buffalo Roam! This is our version of a coffee creamer that allows you to make that coffee / chai drink... better known in the coffee biz as a Dirty Chai. Add it to your pancake batter... what?! Believe us! You'll be asked for the recipe!
